Sheila is the owner of RumCat Crafts and makes a variety of decoupage items including hearts and plaques inspired by the sea. Having moved to a beach side apartment, Sheila started making beach themed items for her flat and from there RumCat was born. She is happy to make bespoke items and personalisation in Welsh is available.
